Hey! We're RAD! That's right, we are Risen After Death. What is this you ask? We are the youth of Bethpage UMC, and because we believe that Christ died for our sins, rose again, and now is with the Father, we will live each day as if we too are already Risen After Death!

You see, no longer will we live as if this life is all there is for us. No way! We're going to do our best to live out the purpose God has called each of us to live. To live a life that brings God glory and promotes His name and Salvation through Christ Jesus our Lord!

Are You New?

Youth Meetings

Sunday Nights 5PM-6:30PM

Wednesday Nights 6:30PM-7:30PM Meal at 5:45PM-6:30PM

We invite you to join us for some fun, some worship, and some learning on any Sunday night, from 5-6:30PM. You don't have to be a member of the church. You don't have to profess a Christian faith...though of course we hope you will soon! So come on out and join us! We don't charge admission!!!

Bethpage Youth Ministry, or RAD as we like to be called, serves to help develop a genuine faith and love of Jesus Christ in all teenagers that come through our doors. We like to have fun, but we also like to get deep and serious some times. But most of all, we are all about serving Christ, loving others, and helping to develop genuine disciples.

Don't forget about Sunday School!

GOD IN HD - Borrowed from Devozine.com

My relationship with God is sort of like my family’s history with television. In the early days, I saw everything a specific way. When I thought about God, I envisioned a tiny paper Jesus on a bulletin board at church. It had the same depth as that little black and white TV in the kitchen.

As I grew up, my image of God started to change. Suddenly, passages of the Bible took on new meaning. The face of God became clearer and looked a lot different. Now, I’m beginning to see God in HD. Every time I read or think about scripture, tiny details begin to emerge. As I continue to grow, I look forward to all the ways my image of God will change and become clearer. God in HD is more real than ever before.

How about you? Are you seeing God in HD, or is it time for an upgrade?
